Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy To ensure that we can accommodate all clients and maintain the highest quality of service, please be aware of the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. No-Show Fee: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost will be applied. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time, and the full service fee will still apply. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without incurring a fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make accommodations where feasible.
